Where do you get a fingerprint form and get it fingerprinted while in Korea that will be accepted by the RCMP? |

Doesn't their website have it? If not, I guess you have to get one from the Korean cops. Definitely check the RCMP website carefully about their specs, they sounded kinda picky when I looked a few months ago.
Are you sure you need to go through the federal RCMP though? That takes a really long time. You might want to check your hometown branch, or the branch of the last city you lived in when you were in Canada...many cities have a system in place to get you your record check in well under a month.
Good luck! |

You don't need to get your fingerprints done... just the basic record check. |

I didn't use any "special" fingerprint form. I walked into the local Korean cop shop and used whatever form they had for use in Korea. The RCMP accepted the Korean form (which I had penciled in the translations) without problem both times I did it. |

The Langley, BC, RCMP didn't accept the one from my local (Korean) police station, even though I used the official form. |

What did you do after that if you did anything? Did you use another form? |

I sent mine directly to Ottawa HQ (the address for fingerprinting and CBCs on the RCMP website. No problem. |
