After all other attempts to report my netizen attack to the police have failed, the last resort, I guess, is to try to submit something on the cyber crime site and also send a letter by mail to the office in Seoul, as per the instructions on the SMPA snitch board. I can't figure out how to do that, though. I've been trying all morning to sign up on the site but for some reason it looks like it's not accepting my cell phone number. Can anybody point me to the link to post a complaint on the site? Is registration required? I don't think there's a link on the English-language site, so I've been trying on the Korean- . . . but is there an option in English? Thanks.
The site is here: www.ctrc.go.kr |

Guy didn't like what I wrote in a magazine and on my blog so he called out me and the magazine's editor, published where we worked, and directed people to complain there.
Been getting the run-around from everyone thus far, and I will be submitting a letter to the cyber crime folks tomorrow. Just wanted to also do something on their site, as per their instructions, but can't figure out how to do it. I'm not optimistic anything will come of it---I was told before that they were too busy to look into this "minor offense"---but I have to try. |
