I recently acquired a new private class with a middle schooler that plans on going to an international language school next year. His parents have asked if I can locate the books that he will be using so that he can get a headstart on the rest of the students. I have the book names and ISBN numbers but have no idea where to find these books in Korea. I have found them on ebay but it can be quite pricey if the seller will even ship internationally. Does anyone know of a website or bookstore in Seoul that I can find these English textbooks?

I think some bookstores will order books in for you, and that it is not at all expensive. Try What the book.

Why don't you say the names of the books.

Someone in the forum may have them.

Try yes24.com ---they seem to be able to get a lot of books from overseas, if you can wait about 2 weeks for delivery. It's cheaper than ordering from Amazon.

Gyobo bookstore has a search database. They will search for the books and check if they are available and how long it will take to get them if they are.

They also have a card membership system. You get 5% off purchases if you are a member.
