| a random one but i cant seem to find the answer anywhere! if your visa is cancelled by your boss how long do you have to get out?? i could use sorces here too? thanks. |

IF he actually canceled his sponsorship (usually just a lie) or even just fired you then you will have 30 days from your last day of employment / work.
Go to immigration ASAP and deal with it. They are not your enemy and there is nothing to fear. They will stamp your arc with a new exit date.
Take your passport and your ARC with you.
The alternative is to just take a quick trip out of the country, hand in your ARC on the way out and get a new B1/2 visa waiver stamp on your return. This will give you time to get your documents in order if you want to change jobs and / or stay here a while.
