Granted it's been quite some time since I've been to a Pizza Hut in Korea, but since when have they:

1) done away with the free cola they give you when using the Family Card? What's the point of using the Family Card now if there's no free stuff attached to it. There certainly isn't a discount.

2) gone to a completely pre-made menu that cannot be altered by ordering extra toppings? I saw they had a new kind of pizza (Herb Cheese) but that's all it was. Cheese. So I ordered it plus a pepperoni topping. No, can't add toppings she says. Cheese only. I couldn't order what I want, so I walked out and went to Domino's who added all the extra topping I wished. I may, if I'm feeling bored this weekend, write to corporate and tell them exactly why I gave my money to their competition.

So much for Pizza Hut. I'll stick to Papa John's and Domino's.

Where in the world does pizza matter so much. Oh, sure, after a
month in the wild I'd drive 20 miles for a "Slice", I've done more
for the allure of fine pizza, enough for 10 men.

I find, not only with Pizza Hut, but happened with Papa John's too, is that when you order a pizza for home delivery, the first three or four times everything comes as described. However, after ordering from them five or six times, the quality seems to drop. Less toppings, less cheese, etc. Korea has to learn one important thing about pizza: it's not a luxury item!!! The prices they charge for a large pizza that hardly has anything on it, is a complete rip off.

Did I say that pizza mattered? Note I said, "it's been quite some time since I've been to a Pizza Hut".

I was commenting on the lack of service in what most would consider to be normal for a pizzeria. I walked out because there was no value for my money anymore.

1) you get no more extra service for a family card. Why did they bother to swipe the card? It's meaningless now
2) you can't customize your order; it's either take it as is, or go somewhere else; I chose to go somewhere else
3) I was wondering when this change came over Pizza Hut; was it recently or been like this fro a while now?
