Situation:
I'm re-signing at my PS.
My current accomodation was arraged by myself through a friend of my wife's. I get 300k per month as advertised in the contract to cover the rent.
Next year we want to move.
School told me to go and look for a flat between 300-400K per month.
I found one that is considerably less than that.
Problem:
I am assuming that they will be delighted and pocket the difference. I would rather be delighted to pocket the difference myself.
Questions:
Has anyone done a similar thing?
How does the school go about paying for your apartments?
Do they deal with the landlord directly?
If I tell them I signed a contract myself will they want to see it to check the price? |

Why does the school have to find out how much it costs?
Tell them it's 400k a month and that they can pay you directly and you then pass on the actual amount to the landlord. |

Thats one thing I was thinking of doing.
I'm not sure, though. Will they just take my word for it? |
