The main event went the way that it should. I was skeptical about the outcome before it was announced. Rampage Jackson showed no skills other than being able to punch the "f" out of someone (I don't remember one kick that he attempted). Good fight that was ruled correctly IMO.

IMHO, Rampage should have won

I thought he took rounds 1 and 4.
Round 2 to the other dude
3 and 5 split.

(I may be mixing up some of the round numbers there)

Didn't think the card was very strong to begin with.

I went the other way. However, I had JUST finished watching Silva destroy him in their rematch from 2004, so that may have influenced how I saw last night's fight. Either way, it was a weak title win for Forrest. I don't see him holding it for long.

You can't have a split in 10 point scoring.

You can't have a split in 10 point scoring.

Yup. They use the "10-point must" system, meaning one person must get 10 points and the other must get less than 10 points. There are no ties in such a system. and with an odd number of rounds it rarely ends in a draw.
