I have a homework point system and I would like to reward the top three students at the end of the semester.
I would really like to get them each an easy chapter book, but I can't seem to find any that are easy enough and still age-appropriate. My co-teacher told me that Charlotte's Web would be high school level here.
So what are some possibilities? Nancy Drew? Boxcar Children? Others?
Aren't there any authors that cater to young ESL learners (with books that are easier relative to age/interest)? Seems like there should be . . . |
