I have never heard of the one-to-one programs before. Actually, I don't really know anything about YBM, specifically the one in Gangnam.

Re: YBM --> Split shifts, no housing, overtime, useless academic supervisors but otherwise better than your average hagwon.

I know someone who works at YBM 1 to 1, and they offer a higher pay rate than most hogwons, with much nicer facilities for teachers. |
