OK Here are the rules:

Each person can add one ingredient.

First they need to type all the ingredients so far and then add theirs.

If up to 3 people do not like the ingredient someone added, it will be removed from the list

I will add the first ingredient

Hey, the haggis only has 2 strikes. PeteJB didn't follow the rules, so his post doesn't count.

The official ingredients at this time are:

Artichoke Hearts
Avocado
Cherry Tomatoes
Haggis
Romaine Lettuce

What are you, the salad police? There are 3 strikes against haggis if you include mine - doubt we could find bagpipes in Korea so you can count mine as a veto too.

Don't need 3 anti posts either according to this line.... Seemingly if more than 3 people don't like it it has to stay in. Confused
