Damn, I would have bought this if I didn't just sign up for the gym in my apartment complex. But only 48kgs? About 105 pounds, good for the beginner or warming up. Where can you buy weights here?

I have to stack practically all the weights at my gym just to reach 200 pounds. I guess Koreans here don't lift too much, or maybe it's just because it's an apartment complex with a bunch of old people running on treadmills.

I'm not selling all my equipment or weights, just the bench, 2 bars and 48kg of my weights. I'm moving and I got a free membership to a gym, so I'm keeping some smaller things in my apartment and will use the machines at the gym. I'll miss the privacy of my own home, though. I don't have ajossis trying to "correct" me or one-up me, I have my own music and my own TV channels.

Weights can be purchased at any exercise shop or department store. They run about 2,000 won a kilogram. Used weights, sometimes at exercise stores or through private sellers, sell for about 1,000 won a kilogram.

wow, is delivery out to Gangwon-do included? Just kidding. I'm ready to lose weight and get to be one awesome dude. Having no western food temptations around sure helps, but god it's bitche to be hungry all the time. I ate more than any of the Koreans at lunch today and it was only like 200 calories of crab meat, spice, and rice. They hurry and seem to be in competition to not out eat each other. Yes, not out eat each other out of modesty. And there's no restaurant options or privacy so I have to deal with hunger as to be modest and to lose weight. What is a Big Mac? It's unheard of in some parts. If you finish eating sooner since you want to sneak off to be alone for a while, then they all quit eating and starve. They stop when the 1st person to stop stops. Koreans are weird when it comes to food.

How about losing 50 pounds and being 150 pounds in 6 months? I'm taking vitamins to supplement the food deficit. Now I want that weight set to maximize this food deficit and weight loss goal with leanness.

You can arrange this privately. Check the galbijim wiki site for moving company information. Or rent a car.

I'm moving soon and need to sell the bench. I'm willing to separate the bench from the weights if you want to buy the bench only.

I'm reducing the price for the whole set and weights to 110,000 won.
