getting fed up with this rubbish, im not planning on leaving korea soon, but i have to go to some trashy training day in seoul which is 4 hours away on saturday, i said it was unreasonable that i had to give up 14 hours of my weekend, but they complained that it was in my contract that i must attend all the crap outside of teaching hours. Im also creating all the resources from scratch, something which i shouldnt be doing acording to my contract, they should be providing the shit.
Iv decided that when i get to seoul im going to have a serious word with the owner of the francise, am i entitled to a release letter for breach of the contract on their part. I dont want to leave just yet, but i do want to scare them and let them know im serious about them taking the piss. |

You're in a hakwon... take your lube in with you when you go.
You are nothing more than a commodity to sell to the moms. It is cheaper to screw you as long as they can and replace you with the next newbie that it would be to be honest.
Sorry, but that is life in hakwon land in Korea.
Oh, and they are NOT required to release you or give you a LOR, even if they refuse to provide anything in your contract. A breach or 30 on their part is not grounds for a LOR. Until the proposed changes to the immigration policy occur, you are indentured and they know it.
You have 2 choices... leave or take it. Pick one.
