Now what is it with you and the term 'Snowmexicans'? Kind of makes you look like an ignorant ass, but that's just my opinion. Mexico is in no why like Canada, and if you think it is, go back to where I said you look like an ignorant ass.
Truth is most Canadains are much like their southern begger, and live much the same way. But then an ignorant ass wouldn't really know that, would they?

I am starting to realize that Korea is a place where Canadians escape to in order to run away from their awful economy.
Not just Canadians, but also South Africans and other English speaking countries where jobs aren't exactly in abundance and the economy sucks. I am meeting tons and tons of Canadians though.
There are not too many Americans or British here. But with the way the economy is going that will probably change.
Koreans often ask me if I am Canadian. When I tell Koreans that I am from America, lots of the time they look at me and ask in surprise and ask, "Why would you leave America and come here?" As if I left a great place and came to an awful place. I am starting to agree more and more with each week that passes.
Where I come from, they call Canada "Mexico North". Snowmexicans is a good one too. It's all for fun though, I got nothing against them. |

I love it when people don't know their facts. The British economy has been in decline for a long long time. The standard of living is now quite noticeably lower than that of mainland Western and Northern Europe. I find it ironic that Ireland's economy is doing great.
As for Canada. There's never been more jobs for recent graduates. There's also never been so many homes in the South (ie.. Ammuricuh) that Canadians have been able to buy for some cheap prices. You might want to research some facts about what economy is doing what, might burst your bubble. |

In the past I might have agreed with you about the Canadian economy not being good. But over the last few years the canadian economy has been doing quite well. For awhile, not sure if this is the case, Canada had one of the highest economic growth rates in the world. also the unemployment rates have been at their lowest rates for decades. Maybe one of the reasons there are more canadians here than americans is that canadians are more adventurous. |

They created the "stereotypical" "aboot" accent. They created it as a play on American ignorance. |

Right. And millions of ignorant Canadians decided to copy that accent even to this day, even to other Canadians. |

I havn't met many Brits here at all. And yeah, Britain's economy is in decline, but across the board, almost every western countries economy is in decline. It's a matter of severity.
Still though. It seems to me that it is easier to make it in Britain than Canada. For various reasons. |
