| Has anyone booked for this festival through www.mosaicodiffusion.com and received their tickets? We booked and paid for our tickets around a month ago and having yet to receive our tickets, I sent their customer service dept emails and have had no response. We don't leave for Japan for another 3 1/2 weeks and the festival is only a month away, I'm getting a little anxious that we have no tickets yet. |
