Why Bangkok? Its hot, dirty, and polluted with dangerous traffic.

I could understand Thailand being the first choice for travellers for it's variety, ease of travel, low costs, party atmosphere and beautiful scenery but I agree with the above poster-Bangkok itself (where I am right now) is nothing to write home about. Yes there is some beauty to the temples but that is about it Question

60% of the world's current population live in Asia.

So to this audience, I can understand why they would view Bangkok as being a key city for culture and entertainment.

The soapy Massage parlours are nice after breathing in Tuk Tuk exhausts.

The only name I recall is Mona Lisa. When I was there I was the only non Asian mostly Japanese/ Korean and Chinese. They also have women who sing songs can get pretty pricey.

There one that's really awesome it has a strange Thai name starts with
Ch______#2. This one is truly awesome. A jacoozi tub that actually works. They don't need the Tuk Tuk Commition. You never pay more than 2 thousand and that gives you two pops. No big pressure to tip too.

Bangkok's noisy, hot and muggy, polluted, and most of it is very difficult to travel across. So why #1? It gives the customer what he or she - more often he - wants, for a decent price. It's also a place for all kinds of cuisine made the way it's actually supposed to taste. It's also a great base from which to travel all over SE Asia.

Don't remember the place or the location. But I will find it the next time I go back.
Are you a member of Bangkok Tonight. They've got them all listed with the prices. If you're not a member try joining. Although it's not the kind of site you can go on from your school. Whatever you do don't go to Cupidity
crap service and way too expensive.
