Good monitor for Xbox at Yongsan?

I'm gonna head to yongsan this weekend and want to buy a monitor to use with my Xbox. My Xbox is a PAL version, I'm unsure as to whether I need to get a HD monitor or not. PAL xbox's only show up in black and white on NTSC tv's. Is it the same for monitors as well? I just need something that can accept PAL or HD, can't be NTSC only.
What's a good price for 22inch monitor or should I be looking at 24 inch. Also what's the price difference between 22-24 inch HDTV and monitor?
