Hey, I've heard good things about the horse races here in Seoul but don't know the details.
Anyone know when they are held, how to get there, how to place bets?
Any info on having a good time would be appreciated. |

| You need to go to Seoul grand park station at Gwacheon on line 4. I think it's only open on weekends. It costs about 1,000 won to get in and there is a foreigner section. Go to the foreigner section and they will explain the betting procedures to you and you will be able to sit in the cushy foreigner section. There are races every 40 minutes. You can bet from 800 won up to 100,000. The subway station is easily recognized because there are murals of racehorses on the walls. |
