Costco had chicken ham, too. We read the package to find out that it's just chicken bosoms.

Costco's the place! I always clear out some space in the kitchen for those trips.

Shinsegye had Dietz and Watson deli meat for a one-shot deal. It was expensive as hell, though. I bought a freezer full.

Hey Yata, weren't you working in Jeju now?

You make it up to Seoul just to find foreign food?

Do stores like Costco and John Cook ship to Jeju island? I'm too lazy to check for myself. Plus, I can't read Korean.

This could be a good reason to learn to read Korean. It'll make life here much easier.

Yeah, I'm trying. Using Rosetta Stone right now, but I'm not sure if it's helping me out much.

If it's not that good, I'd recommend www.koreanclass101.com

I've been studying from their intermediate and advanced lessons and I've found them to be quite good. You can always sign up for a 7 day trial for free. If you decide to join, you will get emails every day offering some kind of special. Wait 3 or 4 days and you'll get an offer for a premium membership for one year for about $120
