| I say that only because they have a placard right outside that says 100% korean beef...but the steak is 17,000 won...and it's thick as hell. No way that it's Korean beef. I'll pm you the name, but I won't give it away on here because of netizens (I could be wrong, it could be Korean beef). |

I don't think Korean beef is expensive!! Bought a lovely joint at the weekend for 26,000 Won. No difference to blighty, however, I've heard from my only friend (Canadian) that it's a dam sight cheaper in N. America.
Back on topic I would suspect she probably doesn't want to advertise the fact that it's Yank meat, due to the possibilty of being fire bombed.
Lotte Mart are still not selling it in my kneck of the woods, and I was informed by their butcher there was no immediate plan to. Again perhaps due to the lash back from those supporters of Mr. Kim in the North. It's all very strangee to me!!  |

That's what I'm saying...usually in Korea it's about 26 and up for steak, and this place had a none too shabby wine list to boot. |
