My contract is over October 1st. I want to do the live-on-a-beach-for-a-month thing before returning home for the holidays.

I've been to Ko Phangan before, and it kicked ass. But I just looked up weather stats, and it seems the October is Ko Phangan's wettest month!

Anyone else have any suggestions for a mellow life on a beach month in October?

I've also done Bantayan, which was beeeaaaaaauuuuuuutiful, but might be a little boring for a full month.
