it's ok to be indifferent about the beatles.

anyone who actually dislikes them, however, is a species other than human.

Blackbird has been "our song" for three of my long term relationships. Does that make me a *beep*?

After they made that comment about being "Ashamed that Jesus is from Texas," I haven't felt the same about their music.

That was almost as bad as when the the Dixie Chicks fiddle player claimed that they were more famous than President Bush.

I can't stand either, now. I'll stick with melodic and reflective tones of Slayer, thank you.

what, besides the fact that the worst beatle (macartney) is a vegan has to do with anything?

if you don't like the beatles, you're not a person. end of argument.

I like the Beatles early stuff, but they pretty much ruined the course of Rock 'N' Roll with their later stuff. Rock was much better in 1965 than it was throughout the 70's, 80's and 90's. Thanks Paul...

Ehh...seriously. 1965-1966 were the early years of punk rock. The Beatles ruined what was happening in California and throughout the world with their dreamy, acid ridden, fluff. Fortunately, now with the internet that stuff is making it's way back to the surface and there's a lot of garage-punk bands springing up inspired by the 60's sound.

you worded that all weird. it sounded to me like you were saying the beatles ruined something they didn't ruin when you really meant to say "i don't know what i'm talking about."

You've been in Korea too long, go to Japan and see a band like The Neatbeats, or even the Tarantino poplularized 5,6,7,8's. Everything the Beatles did after Rubber Soul was junk.

i live in japan.

the 5678s were popular long before tarantino killed their credibility by putting them in a second-rate movie.
