I always thought that if you had permission from your employer you could work a second job LEGALLY on your E-2 visa. Is this true?
Also if someone was to get BUSTED and DEPORTED for working illegally do they need to be caught ON THE JOB of are there other ways.
Just curious.
Please reply if you know about those questions. Thanks. |

1. No. you also need approval from Immigration.
2. They do not need to catch you red-handed. I have known of people 'deported' (given exit orders) for less than that. |
