I'll be out of Korea from the 2nd to the 8th of August, I'm leaving on the 1st.
If you're coming into Seoul, and looking for an inexpensive place to crash, I'm offering my apt for one week.
35,000 per day. Aircon (turn it off when you leave), cable television, cable internet, use of kitchen, washer, laundry powder, full sized bathroom w/shower, clean sheets, towels included. I also have a king sized bed. Please, no sexing on it. I'll leave you with clean bedding. I also have a pretty cool coffee grinder and coffee beans, you can get all amped up on caffeine and go out and explore Seoul to your hearts content.
I live 3 minutes walking distance from Sangsu Station (Same line as Itaewon). Just near Hongdae, so you can go out and get smashed if you want in Hongdae and walk back to the flat, it's not far at all.
I also live 3 minutes walking distance from the Han River, so if you want to go for a run and exercise in the morning before you go out and explore Seoul, go for it, its right there.
This would be perfect for someone who doesn't want to stay in a hotel and wants to be in a good location at the same time.
Wiring the money to my Hana Bank account on the first day would suffice payment method.
I doubt anyone will respond to this in seriousness, but you never know.
Be well, carry on.
Oh and please NO smoking indoors. I have a veranda for that if you must.

| I don't know about Craigslist. I've posted on there looking for roommates and I found some real winners in the past. |

My wife and I are interested in your offer and would like to speak by phone if possible. If you can email at [email protected] we can go from there.
I have outstanding references as a property manager for out of state owners whose properties and homes I have used in the past. I am off in August and we want to explore Seoul, so your offer seems very attractive. We both are none smokers.
Thanks, Mark |

| Lekkar, aren't you worried that someone will just sell all your things while you are gone? |
