Up for grabs is an Ernie Ball Music Man SUB Stingray.

The SUB series of instruments were made in the USA instruments designed to offer the pro level construction, playability, tone and components that Music Man is famous for, in a tough textured finished instrument designed for a gigging, working musician. They sell for approx 1,200,000W here in Korea (at Nakwon Arcade) and are rare in the used market. Great way to get that Stingray sound for less than a million won...

Excellent condition. I have taken exceptional care of this bass. It has been professionally set up and maintained and will be sure to perform for years and years to come. I have used this bass in several bands and on both of my bands CDs...always delivered great sound and playability with no hassle. This bass was from the last run of SUBs and even features EBMM's remarkeable compensated nut, not to mention that classic stingray sound.

This bass includes a deluxe Bodyglove Hybrid case - it offers the protection of a hardshell case with the portability and ease of carrying of a gig bag. Not to mention that being a Bodyglove product it is water resistant. As well ths bass has Dunlop Straplocks installed.

if you want to hear the bass you can visit www.myspace.com/thefortydays the first three songs on the site were recorded with this bass (Marching, Sinking Ships and Water)

Here are some pics of the bass and it in action at a couple local bars and the Ulsan Internaitonal Rock Festival:

650,000W obo PM me or email me at [email protected] or test me at 019-838-8283. Leaving on the 29th. Smile

I've never understood how the Musicman has only one pickup but four knobs - what's all the knobs for??

I would buy it off you but I am not a fan of the three-and-one headstock style.

Why don't you take it with you as carry-on luggage?

this one has 3 knobs - since it has an active pre-amp. The knobs are volume, bass, treble.

a 4 knob Music Man has a 3 band EQ in its' active pre-amp: volume, bass, middle, treble

Pudgychef, I feel for you.
Did you list it on ebay? Maybe someone in Japan would buy it.
