He got killed at Little-Big Horn.

There is shockingly little about the Sioux air force in the history books.

Okay, well, SOMEbody's bound to say it ...

Uh, maybe The White House is the wrong place, and now is the wrong time ... ?

But the White House isn't a plane or anywhere near a plane...as long as they can keep him from getting at the controls of Air Force One, I think it will be okay.

Oh no, don't give this guy any ideas! He's already got his own campaign jet. He's so bad at flying that Cindy, his wife, got flying lessons from instructors.
Of course, there's probably a law on the books that requires that, but this is McCain we're talking about here. Following the law isn't exactly his strong suit.

I'm pretty sure my homeowners insurance policy won't cover the removal of McCain's Straight Bullcrap Express jet if it crashes into my garage. Evil or Very Mad
If a McCain is at the cockpit, I certainly hope it's Cindy. So far she hasn't crashed any planes (military or civilian).

Look. He was a pilot. That's in the past. Its not as if a sitting President would EVER put himself in harm's way to fly a plane. I mean that level of showmanship be unpresidential, right?

This is where I would post images if this were a normal website

Very Happy Laughing Leslie

But I still have wonder if either of them, John or Cindy, know anything about public transportation in their own state. Lord forbid they'd ever have to use it.

Seems she is not only unfamiliar with public transport but ground transport.

Cindy McCain recently gave a rare private interview to CNN in which she disclosed her opinions on transportation in Arizona, her home state. The McCains have tried to distance themselves from elitism, but apparently Mrs. McCain believes that the only way to get around is by "small private plane."

Exactly my point, Mises.

(and I was guilty of posting that on page 1 of this thread already, just maybe too vaguely?)
