| going to a pub that doesn't take check cards or visa. Are any banks open after 10pm here? Heard people say they all close at 10pm and need some money. Not in Seoul, but not in the sticks. |

Go to an ATM before you go out.
Most bank ATMs close around 10-11PM - after that your only hope is to find an ATM in a GS25/7-11/other convenience store of choice. |

This is an excellent question.
Unfortunately, it seems that no one has seen a bank open that late; only ATMs seem to be open. How inconvenient. |
