Get some Seoul Milk (or any brand) "drink boxes" (chocolate or strawberry) and pop them in the freezer for a few hours. Cut open the top and the end result is a bit similar to a Wendy's frosty (smooth but a little icier).
The actual chocolate or strawberry milk (in cartons) won't turn out. You need to get the ones in the box with little straws attached.
