I hate to say it, but your best bet is probably to go through a travel agent. I'm notoriously frugal. I've spent hours before, checking on all the sites, but travel agents have always had the best deals. I know people have reported getting good deals on whypaymore, kayak, and xanadu, but I've never had any luck there.
