I'll be on vacation in Europe for a month and hope to bring back a few gifts/personal items. How are goods taxed when you bring them into Korea? |

You are a foreigner and it is for personal use so there is nothing to declare.
If you are "importing" things for sale or distribution in Korea then there are import taxes on goods over and above your $400 duty free import allowance. |
