| I have to have the interior of the lens of my Canon S30 camera cleaned. I heard that there might be a Canon service center in Yongsan. Does anyone else know if this is true, or have directions? |

LG is the distributor of Canon digital cameras in South Korea, according to this page.
May want to try giving them a call. |

There's a post in the "Yongsan Electronics Shopping" thread where "half_pint" asked about Canon A/S. My reply, along with directions, is in that thread.

It seems the Kuk-il camera repair doesn't repair digital cameras. 
Anyone know where to get a Canon digital camera (lcd screen) repaired?

OK, I'm replying to my own question, but anyhow...
For anyone's future reference, you can find a list of Canon service centers, for film and digital cameras and camcorders at www.lgcamera.co.kr:
Click on "customer center" (in English)
Then click on "go" next to the map
Then click on "service center" (in Korean) - middle tab
Then click on "seoul city" (in Korean) on the map
Then you will arrive at a list of service centers. The right hand column says what kind of cameras they service
If you click on "ji do bo gi" you can see a map of how to find that service center
I took my digital camera to the one in Yongsan. They fixed the lcd screen in half an hour for 60,000 |

*bump* that website has been updated with no English on it all but I still managed to find my way around it. www.lgcamera.co.kr
you'll have to click on 고객센터 (customer center) and then on the left hand side you'll see A/S센터안내 (After service center info) click on that and it'll bring up a map and you click on Seoul (서울) and it'll bring up the service centers in Seoul by Gu and their respective addresses. Click the button beside the address 지도부기 and it'll bring up a map. As per usual you'll have to be using IE or the map won't show.[/url] |

I'm lookin to go to the one in Yongsan however the map isnt very good, anyone give specific directions? all the map says is
