| Adobe Acrobat is little more than a program that needs frequent updates for no reason so that Adobe can search for and destroy any illegal copies of their other software (like photoshop and premier) on your computer. |

| Adobe Acrobat updates drive me crazy. I don't need updates the program works fine. I agree with bassexpander, they tie up my internet connection to look for illegals. Is there anyway to turn off the update? |

yeah, mine keeps checking also - and the box isn't checked for auto updates - I've unchecked everything possible - I agree, is totally annoying.
they don't even have competition - who else does pdfs anyway?
whatever...  |
