Wondering if anyone watches BBC iplayer here in Korea? I have tried lots of proxies but have had no luck so far. I'm looking for a tried and trusted method of access if anyone knows of any.
Thanks |

I don't remember an old post for this.
iPlayer? Is this for their news service? Or can one actually view BBC programming online? |

I was going to start a thread on this.
I just started getting into the BBC and love their torrents. This coming an American.
I'm a pretty big Ricky Gervais fan now - downloaded his podcasts, Office (UK) & Extras.
British humor is low key, to the point, and a bit crass a times. I love it.
Besides Fawlty Towers, Mr. Bean & Dr. Who, what is some other non-documentary stuff to download?
What's the link to the TV programming site? |

my favourite uk tv comedy shows...
Im Alan Partridge
Nighty Night
Gavin and Stacey
Human Remains
League of Gentlemen
Garth Marenghi's Darkplace
You can't go wrong with any of those. Mostly really dark humour, but all very very funny.
I also just discovered this Aussie tv show, maybe check it out, similar mockumentary style to The Office, Summer Heights High. |

I have a few invites for http://thebox.bz/main.php if anyone wants to PM with their email.
Be careful though, it's very easy to get a terrible ratio on thebox for the first few weeks. There's so much stuff there. It's too easy to be greedy and download, like, 40GB of stuff before you've uploaded even 1GB. |

i think i read somewhere on there that they are capping the number of signups at something like 60,000 then making it invite only. i guess they have to have a userbase to begin with. |
