Hi,
Just curious what I have to do to use the wireless internet in Incheon airport. I'm an idiot when it comes to technology, and figured I could just open my laptop and go, but that didn't work in Chicago. To use it in Incheon, do I already need some type of wireless internet account?

Thanks.

I THINK I was using it at Incheon 4 weeks ago enroute to the USA. I was sitting in the Bennigans, and someone had an open wifi. I know that most of the US (and even Japan) have been overtaken by that hideous Boingo pay network, which sucks. I wish airport wifi were free.

The Boingo network has zero security on it, and I wasn't about to send my credit card over the airwaves in some random airport without any security.

I think they had a free one open in Incheon, but I think it belonged to some store in the area and not actually the airport. Perhaps a rogue signal of some sort.

Yes, everywhere else, you have to pay. You can buy 1 hour or a day pass with Boingo. One hour is maybe $8 and a day is more... maybe $16?

May they burn in hell.

Ah, forget that then. I've got, like, six hours to kill but I guess I'll just read a book or something.
