I find that I am surfing about 50% less now that we cannot post images. Anyone else finding this?
Honestly, it's a good thing for me.
Also seeing a lot fewer topics posted in some forums, but that's likely due to teachers being gone on summer break. |

| I visit the site every day or so, so I can't really say I surf less because of this fact. Then again it's a little disappointing that you can't attach/link photos to a post. I guess you have to sacrifice this or that in order to make the site work like it should. |

I surf other sites a lot more than I do this one. Always have. |

I'm surfing a lot less because the forum isn't as good as it used to be. |

I remember when I was 7 or 8 and refused to read books that didn't have pictures.
I always thought it was tiresome to have to scroll past the same picture over and over while each poster added a one sentence comment at the bottom. A waste of space.
I wouldn't mind if they got rid of avatars. I'd have a different opinion if the avatars told us something about the poster. |

A picture says a thousand words.
Instead now you have to write everything.
However I'm happpy to not have to accidentally open a thread and be faced with some gratuitous/disgusting pic.
So the advantages of no pics outweigh the negatives. |

| There are some pictures, I just don't miss like that picture with that stuff coming out of someone's behind. That just didn't do it for me. |
