My bedroom ceiling has started dripping water, and water spots and mold are starting to spread...

I guess the water that is draining from the roof of my villa has oversaturated something.

I'm waiting for my ajumma/ajoshi, but they're 80 years old. What can I (or someone) do to stop this?

Get a new place. There is nothing they can do about it unless they redo the roof (unluckly). Even then the mold is in the ceiling and will continue to repolinate. A short term fix would be to wipe the spots with bleach. Good luck!

The mold is very difficult to get rid of. If your school is providing your housing, then you need to insist on moving. If the house is rented by you, then you need to get your deposit back.
