I just upgrade the other day to a proper sound system, so have no need for the home theater in a box. It's a Yamaha AVR-S80 (I don't have the matching DVD player). I got it new in Yongsan a few years ago. It works perfectly and is in great shape. It will decode DTS, Dolby Digital and Dolby Pro Logic II. On the back, it has 2 optical digital ins; 3 stereo audio ins; 1 stereo audio out; 3 composite video ins, 2 outs; 6-ch. preouts; system connector; AM/FM antennae inputs. On the front of the receiver there is 1 composite video in; 1 stereo audio in; 1 optical digital in; headphone minijack.

It also has switchable voltage - 110/120V --> 220/240V.

I have everything for it (except the original box) - Remote, Antenna, Manual (Korean, but english is available online). It's alright for movies, decent sound and lots of bass. As with all satellite systems, music suffers a bit.

Here is a review I found....it old, but explains it a bit. Yamaha AVR-S80.

For pick up only in Suji, south of Seoul (near Jukjeon Station). It's yours to enjoy in glorious surround sound for 125,000won.

How far is Suji from Seoul? Do you have a car and could you meet me somewhere? My email address is [email protected] and my cell number is 010 8460-8699. I'm interested and have a car but I'm not sure if I want to drive all the way down to Suji to pick it up.

A few people have PM'd me about coming to check it out. The woman has just informed me that we are away for the weekend. I will be home today for sure (brewing some beer) and definitely the morning tomorrow.

Sorry about the inconvenience....I didn't know myself (well, I apparently forgot). If you are going to come, shoot me a pm with your phone number and I will give ya a shout.

Someone please come and get this box out of my place....It is taking up valuable space in my small apartment.

I think 100,000won is a great deal on this equipment!!! But no one has shown up to take it. So.....i'll lower the price down to 85,000. These will be as good as or better than any of the other 'surround sounds in a box' you can buy at Yongsan.

You can have a test listen at my place if you want. Just please get them out of here.....I don't have room.

Does it hook up to just a normal CRT tv?

What about to a laptop or Ipod?

What ever you want to plug into the receiver (TV, VCR, DVD Player, etc) needs to have audio outputs (red and white).

Sure, just buy a cable with a 3.5mm headphone jack to rca inputs. I have extra, I'll even give you one of these.
