I'd like to know where you are cause Friday here it rained, all day yesterday it rained, and today is quite gloomy, looks like it will rain, but it is not (yet)
I usually say positive things about Korea. Good job, nice friends, clean air (I am in the country)

it is nice to have some positive comments instead of just ranting and complaining.

Tons of mountain bikeable trails, new food experiences, the outgoing Koreans are incredibly sweet, and the children are way cuter than in the US.

I actually had an amazing weekend at Pentaport, and young Koreans are so much fun to be around.

If you get the chance some weekend hit up Bukhansan/Dobongsan for a nice day of hiking. Loads of fun and good exercise. And lots of beautiful scenery to take in. Listening to the bells from the Buddhist Temples nestled in the mountains is pretty awesome. Make sure to bring your camera!

If you can get a good group together its a ton of fun.

Also, check out this group if interested in hiking on a regular basis:

Chamchiman - That's why I started this post because I'm tired of people making negative comments. You would think that we were living in Afghanistan!!!

Another positive comment: lost my wallet at the weekend, following day a got a call from the police who told me they had it. All cards and cash in said wallet. Unbelieveable!!! Laughing Laughing Laughing

At my school during the summer holidays, any teachers who are around all order in for lunch. This is paid for though a 'lunch lotto' where we all pick a number & either end up paying nothing, 5000 won or 10,000 won. Today I paid nothing & had a delicious humungous bowl of bibambap.
I think this is a great idea (until I lose of course.)
