I found a cheap flight to Busan from Houston but there's a 20-hour layover in Narita. Anybody have ideas as to what to do to kill the time for the day and where I can find cheap bedding for the night? Thanks. |

Can you leave the airport?
I hope so because Narita Airport sucks...There's nothing to do there....The restaurants are horrible.
I would apply for a http://www.prioritypass.com and just try to hang out in a business lounge for the whole time. |

There is a place in terminal 1 that rents private rooms with a bed and shower for 10$ an hour if I remember correctly. There is a free Yahoo internet cafe in that terminal too.
If you have a laptop wifi is is pretty cheap, 6-7 dollars for 24 hours (again, if I remeber correctly).
Since you have 20 hours why not just go into Narita (the town)? I have stayed at the ANA hotel for 75$ or so. The town is not too exciting but it would beat walking around the terminals for 20 hours.... |
