How long do you think Obama would last in Korea with his insulting pointing finger? It is most impolite to point.

Obama is a much flippery flopper that Kerry.

So you think McCain is the better option?

By far, BETTER.

Is having Spliff's endorsement considered a positive? Confused

I think you are confusing 'right wing propoganda' with what Obama REALLY stands for. I've been watching him, and seems very consistent to me.

McCain however, seems to shift all over the place. He moves to the central to be the mavereck then moves quick to the right to pander to conservatives...and now he's so scared he just sticks with Bush's agendas without saying anything whatsoever.

At least Obama actually speaks.

I like how the McCain supporters have not provided a single reason to vote for the man. That should tell you something (ie TB is pretty spot-on about McCain lacking any type of plan).

I like McCain, or used to at least. At the beginning of this year, I was expecting to vote for him November. Now? Wow... Talk about inept campaigning. Iraq and Pakistan bordering each other? Confusing Shiites with Sunnis?

And if you want flip-flops, just look at McCain. He was against bailouts, and recently he endorsed them. That's politics for you. Smile

Well, I supported Bush the last two elections. And, I'll say it now...OBAMMA WON'T WIN!

That certainly demonstrates your sterling political judgement.

This election is starting to feel like 1988, except with the political parties reversed.

(actually 1996 too, but neither is an incumbent this year)

Are you willing to put money on that one? I'll bet you a round trip airline ticket to the US.

Then again, it is idiots such as the one quoted in this article that remind me that McCain might have a shot after all.

Quote:
Kathie Steigerwald, a Dearborn, Mich. businesswoman who said she voted for Hillary Clinton but now plans to support McCain, offered an especially succinct recital of a narrative on which other interviewees offered numerous variations:

"I feel John McCain is a true American and I want to support a true American," she said.

But isn't Obama a "true American?" she was asked.

"I don't know," she said after a measured pause. "I question it."

Why?

"I don't know maybe because of his name?"

There are literally millions of Americans who believe that Obama is a sleeper Muslim. There are a lot of blogs out there perpetuating the belief. It will be interesting.

This is just too stupid for words. And her name is Steigerwald. At least Obama is easier to spell.

It depends on to whom you speak. As the son of a Muslim, some sects believe that makes him a Muslim also.

Renouncing it makes him an apostate, whom other Muslims are obligated to kill, or at least not interfere if he is being killed.
