hello,

i would like to take a korean cooking class, preferably in english. i am interested in all kinds of korean cooking, but especially fermenting and preserving traditional korean foods in onggi: kimchi, daenjang, gochu-jang, and other traditional foods.

does anyone know where i can find a traditional cooking or preserving class in english?

if not, does anyone know the korean name for the cooking hagwons?

thanks.
