So, what does this notebook have or what can it do to warrant that price? Laughing

BTW, how many years are there left on the warranty?

What kind of condition is the MacBook in? Any damage? How about accessories (charger, original DVD's, box. that kind of thing)?

tempting... but I think I will wait till grad school next year and buy one with an education discount.
If the price was lower I might buy it only to swap out the ram and hdd for something more beefy. That said I wouldn't be surprised if there was a mac fan out there willing to buy this at your price. Please let me know if someone doesn't and you do lower the price! I love macs!
Not like that $850 HP someone is offering up for sale. That post actually made me angry. How can someone sell a computer for more than a better one by the same company costs new!

Macs tend to have a higher resale value than PCs. My guess is the guy didn't buy the apple care, though if you buy it before a year is up it extends the warranty by 2 years. Its 160k won or so for macbook.

To the OP, I don't know why you didn't upgrade ur mac with at least 2GB of ram (or if it is the newer ones 4GB of ram)

Also good luck with Mac Air...

Everybody's got their thumb drives these days. Why would anyone want to carry around a bulky cd if their values are towards streamlining?
