Reselling $850 or Best Offer
I bought this 10 months ago. It still has 2 months worldwide warranty. This is a true gaming machine. I got it in USA. I had it tested by HP Korea 1.5months ago - perfect working order and new main board.
SPECS:
HP PAVILLION DV6500 (it says dv6000 on computer but I had 6500 specs put into it - custom made by me via HP.com) This computer requires updates for dv6500.
Vista Home Premium 34bit

I paid $1300 at HP.COM and picked it up in the US, 10 months ago
I'm reselling for $850. I can sell it on ebay for this amount. Computers in Korea are much more expensive. I am also selling this on ebay. Get it before it sells on ebay!

A 34-bit computer! Truly Unique!
Why buy an $850 HP laptop that is 10 months old for when you can buy a new HP laptop for $750 with much better specs?

Add to that, the fact that this new computer doesn't have the type of GPU that is defective.
I usually would just PM you about something like this but your price is immoral.
You are right that computers in Korea are more expensive but even if you had your family ship it here saying it was a gift to avoid taxes it would be cheaper to buy a new one with better specs. Check what these things are selling for at the used Yongsan dealers, or ask them what they would buy it for and increase the price by 10% and try listing it again here.
I am guessing that a computer like this is worth about $550-650 in Korea. |

| Brand new machine with my specs is $900 before taxes and shipping. Around $1100 total for a new machine. I'll lower my price, of course, to $750 |

The machine above is not bad but it has an older graphics card, no glossy High Def Monitor. When you go monitor shopping, the price of the non-glossy, non high def vs. glossy, high def can be $200 more. I was at costco 2 days ago. The LG monitor, non glossy, non high def is $260. The Samsung glossy high def is $399. Also, this machine only has DVD read. No burning capabilities for its DVD.
That's why it is $750 |

The graphics card you have is defective! All the mobile G84 and G86's have problems with overheating and then failing.
NVIDIA lost 25% of its stock value in one day when they announced it.
I want to get a macbook pro but I am actually holding off on getting one for this very reason (they contain the faulty chip). |

It's not defective. It works fine. I had HP take a look at it because, after I bought it, HP announced a problem with this model. HP offered a free diagnostic, which I took advantage of. I play Halo, Halo 2 and Guitar Hero III. |

No one bought it since it's not in a western country where eBay is used. Asians only use eBay to sell with and only a small handful are on the site. Good try.
This computer has the same exact specs as my $550 Toshiba I bought new 2 months ago in the states. Sorry man for spilling the beans, but these computers lose when it comes to what a machine is worth. The value is in what you can do with them. |

| toshiba is much more expensive than HP. I already stated above that the full value of my machine, new is $900 not including shipping or tax. |
