An academy "head teacher" discusses what it's like to be in charge of over 20 foreign teachers at Topia Academy in Seoul. Hear about what it's like to act as mediator between the desires of foreign teachers and the demands of management. What does it take to become a "head teacher" at an academy such as his? What kinds of problems does he face? Has he encountered any difficult foreigners? Listen and find out!

Please listen!

Bassexpander,

Great Podcast again! That guy really should quit his job as head teacher and just become a politician - platitudes and plugs.

Though, he sounds perfect in every way.

I am looking forward to your interview of the kebab guy -- great idea! I'd love to hear his stories.

Don't stop the podcasts a-coming!

Thanks. I'll probably be posting the interview with Omar in a few days to next week. Got to let this one sink in.

I love the interview with the headteacher. Some really good interviewing and a great insight to those who have never been involved in management within Korea. Keep it up.

Anymore info about getting these up on iTunes?

Btw, I find the adverts really funny. It takes such a comical opinion view of Koreans!!!! Rolling Eyes

It should be up on I-tunes now. I found it by searching podcasts for Korea, then view the whole list.

I enjoyed the interview. Nice discussion and view from the guy. Makes me almost want to talk to him about working at his school!

Good podcast, I would say you are a natural at doing interviews. Steven was probably the most well spoken Canadian I have heard.
