That is just awful.

Aw, man, that's...wow. I've seen people lose it on long busrides before but all that seems very pale now.

Poor kid.

An event. That's current. Might be good if there was a forum for such events.

Well technically it fits right into this forum too. Some of us avoid the CE forum for various reasons.

Like how most of the time everything in it is horribly boring.

I read the title and wondered what crazy country that happened in... oh, it was MY country.

If you said Saskatchewan I'd agree, but Manitoba ain't that bad.

However, after doing the 30 hour milk run from Edmonton to Winnipeg, I could see this sort of thing happening. Almost.

Perhaps the killer had just completed a 1 year stint at a korean hagwon and lost his marbles.

Now, Greyhound will have to have a crime task force to search every passenger before boarding buses. This is going to mean much higher ticket costs and a huge hassle for those taking the dog. They're going to have to upgrade the stations to be like an air terminal with security.

It should be noted that Greyhounds primary customer is ex convicts being sent home out of prison so most passengers are already clean.

I bet in the process of all the searches, all that will come of it, is many drug busts instead of actual improved safety as this decapitation is only one isolated incident as it's rare for violence to occur on the bus. I've taken Greyhound many times and never had any problems other than getting customer service for ticketing, having access to adequate food service at rest stops, and access to restrooms.

Why aren't the articles saying anything about the man who did it?

Nothing about where he is from?
