Need to renew a Thai passport. I'm assuming that would be done at the Thai Embassy. Can anyone give me directions from Seoul Station. Also any recommendations for a cheap and clean hotel in the area. |

The Thai Embassy is near the Itaewon subway stop. There is a tourist office in the main level of the Itaewon subway station. They will be able to point you in the right direction with free maps, etc.
I have heard that Seoul Motel is the cheapest in Itaewon.

Hamilton hotel, directly above the Itaewon subway station is better, about $70 or $80.
With great subways in Seoul, no need to limit yourself to staying in Itaewon. Try a search on "love motel" and see what people recommend in Seoul
Love Motels are usually nice rooms and good value. |

Actually it's a bit of a hike to the Embassy from Itaewon station, best catch a cab. The Thai embassy has a map on their website just print it off and show to the driver. |
