Can we see the solar eclipse from SK?

What time? I know it terminates at 11.21GMT in China

Nope. It covered a large area, but ended in central china.

yes, its around 7.10pm Korean time, the other guy referred to "GMT" (grenwich mean time...London, UK).

You wouldn't notice as by 7PM, right now, the sun is behind the mountains or the sky is over cast.

It was cloudy where I am.
I looked out the windows on both sides of my apartment,
but I didn't see anything unusual.

Dude I doubt that if the sun was unobscured in your corner of korea, that someone a few km away would see an eclipse.
