Good morning!

Ok so I'm using forefox. You know how it sometimes remembers log ins to websites, and passwords, etc? Well somehow I have made it remember my bank log in and password. I don't want it to, since this is my work computer, and I'm leaving this school soon. Can I erase the memory of this, or somehow stop it from doing it again? If it's possible, I'll need instructions on how to do it in Korean to English translation. Thanks in advance!

try tools, clear private data. I think that might do it.

I don't have the Korean translation but in English, go to tools -> options -> security and then uncheck remember passwords. This will stop Firefox from prompting for passwords. You will also want to go to tools -> then click clear private data and make sure to select passwords from the list before selecting OK. This will clear any save data that you may have in the browser. Hopefully someone can translate this into Korean for you.

Thanks for the replies guys. It doesn't have to be written in Korean or anything, but if someone can just tell me, for example, in the tools menu, options is 9th in the list. click on that. unclick the third box down in security etc... Can anyone help?! I've found my way to the option, and then there appear to be two security icons at the top, one open padlock and one closed padlock. What next?!

personally, what I would do

download and install an E version of Firefox

clear everything

find out how to uninstall BOTH the K and E version (uninstall programs, yes, but you seem to have difficulty because it's in K, as would I)

depending on what version of Windows you are on, Mozilla retains some files even when it's uninstalled

press your windows key and the "E" key at the same time to find your hard drive, look for program files and find mozilla - hopefully it's in E - am thinking it will be

go in there and delete manually all the files

then empty the trash

A dead man can't tell secret's... same could be true for browsers. You know what you need to do.

There is a tick box in the "options" that states "Remember passwords for sites". Untick that box, then clear the private data.

(Location: "도구" at the top menu, go down to the second from the bottom (options), open that and look for the tab with the padlock symbol, fourth tick box down from the top, untick - it is ticked by default)

When you leave the school, just uninstall Firefox.

Even better, download the English version next time.
