We finally got one of these little store in my town, just in time for Summer Camp Movie Season. What all is involved in renting from them? Do you have to set up an account like at Blockbuster back home? Do you have to give an address? I speak virtually no Korean whatsoever. Any help appreciated. |

Just go in and give it a go.
About 4 years ago when I was new to this little peninsula I did the same thing and it worked out fine. It doesn't matter if you don't speak Korean and they don't speak English if you're in a small enough town. It'll work itself out.
They'll probably want to know where you work or live though. Your boss probably gave you his business card, so flash that around and everything should be fine.
Don't worry, they want your rental money and they trust you because you're a teacher. (Unless things have changed in small town Korea the last few years anyway) |
