Pssst! RJjr! We use the white pages to look up people. The yellow pages are for businesses.

I don't think it's any use trying to reason with someone whose idea of "paying dues" involves holing up in the desert away from everyone else. At least the Muslims are trying to coexist with normal Americans.

The question for the parents for immigration was: How do you spell you last name.

Were they naturalized, or did they claim birthright citizenship?

You end all immigration from countries such as Pakistan, Afghanistan, Somalia etc.

Sp, you're going to nix the means by which Ayaan Hirsi Ali got to Europe?

RJR:

You are obviously illiterate and show a near total ignorance of US and Canadian history. In that short bit I wrote, you got several things wrong.

1. My father tried to join the army but flunked the medical. He was also working in essential industry and "frozen" in the job, and couldn't have quit if he wanted to.

2. Chinese laborers built the Pacific portions of the transcontinental railways in the US and Canada but thereafter we simply "discarded". This resulted in darn near every town in western Canada and the US having a Chinese restaraunt and a Chinese laundry.

3. My father worked in a lead, zinc and silver mine where he contracted the silicosis that eventually killed him.

4. His efforts to get the Chinese the ability to work in the mines were frustrated by a good leftist union.

WOW!!! You found a couple of examples of dues paying. I bow my head, now lets get these people to where the don't expect som special priviledges. I'm sure that Hirsi Ali would appreciate the introduction of female circumcision into Europe, Canada or the US.

Yes. Even though there may be a few diamonds in the rough, it is in Europe's best interests to end all such immigration. For every Ayaan, there are a thousand or so infidel hating Mohammed's, with nothing whatsoever to add to Western civilisation.

Good points in both paragraphs! Very Happy

Yes, those two Muslim men paid their dues. Two other men, you and your father, never have. Neither have I. And I'm not sure where you want to move the soldiers to. Sergeant Rateb's ashes are already scattered and Major Ahearn rightfully earned and is very deserving of his spot at Arlington National Cemetery.

One of my great-grandfathers died in a coal mine collapse in southeastern Kentucky, but I'm not going to make a stupid and pathetic attempt to try to compare him to a Muslim who rests at Arlington. Rolling Eyes

I doubt female genital mutilation will ever catch on the way male genital mutilation has caught on with Muslim and Jewish people.

Did I pay my dues, when a spent seven weeks after the 1967 Six Day War (I missed it by 2 days) using expertise I had gained in the Canadian Army. I calibrated (put new tubes) tank guns? 'Twas a most interesting time.

5 years in the Canadian Army.

You make light of two Muslim men who died in Iraq and then brag about your peacetime service? There's a reason why the two Muslims who died got a 21 gun salute at their funerals, while you and I will not. They paid their dues. They're heroes. The same cannot be said about the two of us.

I'm not sure why you think your service for Israel was "paying your dues" for Canada or the USA. You helped to provoke those in the Arab countries to resent North Americans, which has resulted in problems ranging from the OPEC oil crisis in the 1970s, the 9/11 terror attacks, and our current economic crisis. Furthermore, you started serving the Israeli military four days after Israel bombed the USS Liberty, murdering and maiming American servicemen. Consider that next time you criticize the Muslim soldiers who have died fighting for America.

Before you continue to ridicule Muslim soldiers who died while fighting for America, ask yourself how many Mormons rest at Arlington when 1 in 59 Americans are Mormon. The only religion that is adequately represented at Arlington are the Christians with probably over 99% of the graves. That's to take nothing away from brave Mormon, Jewish, Muslim, and Wiccan soldiers who rest there and are every bit the hero as the Christians who are buried there.
