|
I was browsing on Naver to try to improve my Korean and I noticed after a while a cartoon about KBS and 2MB but it is drawn in a Nazi style. I have no idea why it was created like that and not sure whether MB wants to ethnic cleanse all foreigners here but it kinda freaked me out.
Click here to see the picture.
If someone can translate for me what they are trying to communicate it would be greatly appreciated. |

Isn't your wife Korean? Or are you afraid she'll be offended at the request or translate it too euphamistically? |

its the president of the Republic of Korea, lee myung bak, dressed in a nazi uniform looking at himself in the mirror. The president is holding a pen that he just used to scribble a nazi mustache on himself. The pen is labeled KBS somethingsomethingsomething. How much translation do you need?
it implies that Lee Myung bak already mostly resembles an evil dictator, and KBS just scribbled a mustache onto him to complete the picture. Its implying that KBS isn't painting Lee Myung bak out to be an evil dictator all alone, the guy is dressing himself up to be a dictator already and KBS is just helping.
I don't speak Korean very well but I do read the news. |

You can easily translate it using an online dictionary. It says "A dream of dictatorship?" and the pen is labelled "KBS Director Hae In Am".
Someone already explained what it means. |
